Since NXP discontinued the NE602A, we redesigned and produced the NE602A using a new process, and the pin2pin is compatible with the NE602A NE612A SA602A SA612A, but please note that due to the different production processes, the characteristics of the internal transistors will be different, and we guarantee to replace the NXP NE602A in situ within the scope guaranteed by the specification. However, if we use the NanoVNA-H, which requires additional features such as the NanoVNA-H, there will be a significant difference and will need to be debugged by the RF engineer before using it. Because this kind of use is beyond the scope of our design, we cannot provide you with technical support for beyond the scope of use, nor can we make any guarantees, please fully debug and test before using!
