What differences between 5.017 and 7.020?

If you mainly want to work for 24V truck and tractor, V7.020 is more suitable for you !

1. Different Connection Way :

For V5.017,it can read and write ECU via OBD2 Cable Directly for most vehicles,easy to operate.

For V7.020,it read and write ECU via TRICORE or BDM Or Other Mode with special cable, the software will guide you how to operate.

2. Different Vehicle Coverage :

For example: 5.017 and v7.020 all can work For Most for Toyota Denso ECU Protocol,But just 7.020 can work For Toyota Hilux kun26 very well !

V7.020 can support much more truck/tractor/motorcycle than V5.017 !

For V4.036,it works 12V and only works for cars .V4.036 support cars only untill 2014

For V4.036,for some car it has tokens limited.

3. About Protocols:

Q: What is the difference Between KE-SS and KT-AG?

A: KE-SS has OBD function, but Kt-ag has no.

Q: How to do checksum for KE-SS? Does the KE-SS automatically re-write it?

A: After reading the software, the device will automatically do checksums.

Q: "Connections not established”?

A: Please check whether you install the KE-SS driver well in device manager

Q: After I open "KSuite.exe" and try to run KE-SS, all of the following icons are gray and locked, I can't do any thing

A: Please check whether you install the KE-SS driver well in device manager

Q: checksum error?

A1: please search the software" microsoft visual C++ 2005, 2008, 2010" on google, then install it on your computer, then it can solve this problem.

A2: Contact seller to get updated DLL file to replace dll files in installation file.

Q: Wake up error?

A: It may be a gasoline car, and the customer chooses a diesel car.

please check the connection with ECU and power supply.

And also try to uninstall the software and install it again.

If all is ok and still same error, please try a new KE-SS sd card.

Q: external exception EEFFACE?

Please use our device and software only. if you use other software with this device or use other device with our software, it may cause this problem.
