1.Function Introduction:
Programming Output:It can automatically ascend and descend output according to the parameters set by users. It has two modes.
The first kind: Set the starting point, the end point, the number of cycles, you can start work.
The second is the advanced mode, in which the change of signal is set by parameters.
Preset Value:Nine sets of commonly used signal values can be presupposed for fast output.
Signal Conversion:Converting an input signal to an output signal, such as an input frequency signal conversion Current signal, input range is 0-1000hz to 4-20mA.
Real time Curve:The change trend of input and output signals can be displayed by curve, the acquisition time of curve can be set, and the curve can be displayed automatically in the range of maximum and minimum values in a certain period of time.
Display Conversion of Engineering Quantity:Signals are shown as signal values or engineering quantities. The signal values correspond linearly with engineering quantities. For example, the signal values of 4-20 mA correspond to 0-100, that is, 4 mA corresponds to 0, 12 mA corresponds to 50, and 20 mA corresponds to 100. This range can be modified by parameters.
Modbus RTU remote Control:RS485 can be communicated with configuration software or PLC to set the output signal of the instrument online and monitor the input signal of the instrument.
USB firmware upgrade:Upgrade new firmware and extend new functions
This product is mainly used for debugging industrial PCL, regulating valve process instruments, etc. Hardware has the advantages of compact size, easy to carry, good precision and linearity. Signals can be input and output at the same time. Software uses the way of window menu to set up the instrument. It has powerful functions, simple operation, programmable program output and real-time curve input and display functions.
