Description:

- The RF Power Meter V8.0 series is a high-performance, low-cost portable TYPE-C simple RF power meter. Provide 5V power supply and high-speed data communication through TYPE-C. Easy to use, compact in size, convenient to carry, stable in performance, high in accuracy, preset bias, wide dynamic range, and fast in measurement speed. The software accompanying this power meter allows users to configure the power meter on the PC and makes data recording and sharing simple.

Features:

- Supports multiple high-speed dynamic acquisition, with a maximum of 500kbps (2uS) for upper computer acquisition.

- Digital calibration display supports 20GHz; The microwave detector head supports up to 40GHz, and data within the range of 20-40GHz can be displayed on TFT and output voltage through aviation plugs.

- It comes with a 1.3-inch TFT LCD and built-in Li battery, which can be run offline.

- Using a 5-port aviation plug to provide TTL serial port reading and writing function and analog demodulation output, providing single and continuous data reading modes.

- The upper computer has two MARK cursor functions, making it easy to measure the modulation pulse width; Automatic calculation of maximum and minimum values function; Maximum storage depth of 500 points; Supports pause, data save, and export functions.

- RF input interface: 3.5mm, SMA female connector, stainless steel 40G interface.

- Startup process: press the middle confirmation button of the direction key, and then long stir to the right to start the machine.

- Shutdown process: Long press the middle confirmation button of the direction key.

- Note: the above operations are all carried out when the battery switch is turned to the ON state.

Application:

- Calibration of RF meters and instruments

- Inspection and maintenance of RF devices

- Measurement of standing wave ratio in RF circuits (incorporating feedback bridges)

- Measurement of RF circuit return loss

- Interference detection between wireless communication devices

- RSSI (received signal strength indication) and transmission power level detection

- Performance evaluation of stepper attenuators

- Measurement of amplifier gain and network attenuation

- Measurement of forward power and reflected power in directional couplers

- Power measurement of GSM signals using GMSK modulation

Specification:

- Measurement power range: -40 ~ +0dBm (0 ~ -30dbm has good linearity)

- Measurement power resolution: +/- 0.1dBm

- Measurement frequency range: 100M ~ 40GHz (20-40GHz is not digitally calibrated and only supports analog display)

- Input impedance: 50ohm

- Dynamic range: 40dB

- Working voltage: 5VDC (powered by TYPE-C line)

- Charging current: 300mA

- Product size: 66 x 36 x 24mm (excluding protruding N heads)

TFT Display Information Description:

- Freq: Frequency setting, this data is keyed in to calibrate the detection error at different frequencies, not the value measured by the power meter.

- Power: measured power value in W.

- ATT: Internal numerical control attenuator value of the power meter. Attenuation range: 0 to 31.75DB, which needs to be set when measuring signals greater than 0 dBm to improve measurement accuracy.

- Offset: Linear offset setting value.

Function 1: when ATT is added, the offset needs to be set through offset;

Function 2: calibrate interface errors;

Function 3: If an amplifier is added externally or there is a standard signal source, the relative error can be set through this value.

- 95%: internal lithium battery level prompt

- IC000: internal address

5, Upper computer communication mode: (TFT LCD and TTL serial communication are not available when using the upper computer high-speed mode)
