A 28 mm H-Field circular probe
A 4.5 mm H-Field circular probe
An E-Field probe
PCB Near-Field probes, using a 4-layer FR-4 PCB design, the stripline is routed on the first inner layer, while the other ones are copper-filled. Compared with Near-Field probes using a 2-layer PCB design, it can effectively reduce unnecessary coupling and pinpoint the source of EMI interference. Usually, we use the large one to detect where the interfering source is roughly located, and then use a smaller probe to narrow the search range, and identify the source of the interfering magnetic field in the electronic module step-by-step. Use these low-cost near-field probes in conjunction with tinySA ULTRA to achieve more efficient, accurate, and flexible EMI rectification than ever before, delivering productivity!
Usually when these probes are connected to the tinySA ULTRA, the tinySA ULTRA's built-in LNA can be used to provide sufficient sensitivity without the need for an external LNA. If you do need an external LNA for weak signal detection, be sure to turn off the built-in LNA to avoid overloading the LNA.
