Scan the 6dB and 10dB attenuators on CH0 respectively, you can see that the return loss of the 10dB attenuator is between -20dB ~ -22dB, the accuracy of the calibration piece and the directivity of SAA2 are very good:

Scan 10dB, 30dB, 50dB, 60dB, 70dB attenuators between CH0 and CH1 respectively, S21 up to 3.3GHz can get more satisfactory results:
