The KC761A radiation multimeter uses a 25.4×10×10mmCsI scintillation detector and a 4×4mmPIN sensor. It has a built-in multi-channel analyzer, which can display energy spectra and dose rate curves, and can store and export data.



When used in accordance with the manual, for 662keV gamma rays, the energy resolution is guaranteed to be no worse than 8.6%, the typical resolution is 8.2%, the energy uncertainty is the factory rated value ±(2%+10keV), the typical value is ±(1%+ 5keV).

 

The CsI sensor has extremely high sensitivity, and its high-energy gamma efficiency is much better than that of a Geiger counter, and it can clearly display environmental background radiation and various weak radiations. It can be accumulated over a long period of time and find subtle differences in the radiation size of different natural materials.



For dose rate display, energy compensation is used from background to 100 μGy/h, with good accuracy, and the dose equivalent rate (H10) in μSv/h is provided; there is no energy compensation above 100 μGy/h and is used for event reporting.

Built-in thermometer and barometer can display the altitude converted from air pressure.

Power-saving design, using alkaline dry batteries, it can work continuously for 300 hours (more than 10 days).

You can use nickel metal hydride rechargeable batteries, connect to external power supply to automatically charge the battery, and stop when full.

Supports USB and POE power supply, network port, Bluetooth data transmission, TF card storage, and can be used for continuous monitoring.

Data can be monitored on a PC, and the supporting software KCSDI can be downloaded from the Kechuang official website.
